At this stage the patient has a shade taken of their teeth and they begin the whitening procedure. The patient wears the trays at night for 14 nights, a difference should be noticeable within a few days. This treatment will not change the colour of veneers and crowns, but it is a predictable way of whitening teeth to a desired shade.
